Where is my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will have received a track & trace code sent to your e-mail so you can keep an eye on your package.

Is the packaging discreet?
We understand the importance of privacy and discreetness when it comes to your order. All Fleur & Lune packages are shipped in discreet packaging, without indication of the contents inside.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us at hello@fleurandlune.com to submit your address changing request.
Note that we can only update your shipping address if the package has not shipped yet. To ensure that your package can arrive to you safely, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct, including any additions such as apartment numbers or suite number, etc.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at hello@fleurandlune.com to submit your order cancellation.
We are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please frequently check your order status to make sure you can receive your order.
Returns
How can I return my order?
We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible. To initiate a return, send us an email at hello@fleurandlune.com. Our team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot handle packages sent to us without prior notice.
What is the refund and return policy?
We offer 3-day returns, you are able to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
I ordered the wrong size
We offer FREE size exchanges. Just send a message to hello@fleurandlune.com with a photo and description of the issue, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
When will I get my refund?
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect and review your package, and notify you whether the return was approved or not. Once approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. The time it takes for this refund to be processed can vary and depends on your bank or credit card provider.

How should I wash my Fleur & Lune's?
We recommend hand washing and hang-drying your items.
How should I dry my Fleur & Lune's?
We recommend hang-drying only. Dry cleaning and/or tumble drying risks damaging your Fleur & Lune's.
